The latest research is suggesting that over the next two years, the Covid Pandamic virus (1) will permanently establish in the human population, similar to influenza, RSV, the existing coronaviruses and dozens of respiratory viruses that everyone experiences from time to time in their lives—this virus is here to stay (2).

Similar to two other human coronaviruses, OC43 and HKU1, the immunity once gained for Covid-19 is lasting between 12 and 40 weeks, depending on the individual.  After this period, people are again liable to become reinfected.  This could mean two infections in a year and points to continuing Covid outbreaks across the country, from now on.

The number of Covid-19 outbreaks will depend on many factors, most of them are unknowns at this point in time, but they include how efficient and competent people can keep their immune systems; how much people can surpress their natural social behaviours to limit its spread; and perhaps most importantly, the social distancing and lockdown laws governments will continue to make, in the name of controlling a now endemic virus (3).

The general public are starting to understand that people with compromised, weakened or overloaded immune systems are more at risk of developing life-threatening immune responses to Covid-19, (in a similar way to influenza), than are people with robust and competent immune systems (4).

Social distancing, disinfecting hands and surfaces, wearing masks, undertaking monthly or weekly testing, and contact surveillance, will reduce the spread of the virus, but these will not stop it from infecting the world’s population over the next 10 years.  Most transmissions are occurring either before infected people showed symptoms, or very early in their symptomatic phase—and there are asymptomatic ‘super spreaders’ as well. (5).

The public are well aware of the sprint by the pharmaceutical and vaccination industries to find drugs and vaccinations to help protect people from this Covid Pandamic.  However there is no government or establishment research focus for examining changes to lifestyle which would maintain or improve the average person’s immune competency and resistance to this virus.  Traditionally this has never been the approach of these industries.

The new RNA vaccine technology (since 2015) (6) holds great promise to prevent and treat a wide range of diseases, such as influenza, cancer and Covid-19.  Of course there are huge hurdles to overcome, and one is the inability for damaged or scarred immune systems to be positively influenced by an RNA vaccine.

Another hurdle is the length of time the RNA vaccine stimulates antibody responses.  The existing studies indicate a range of immune responses from a few weeks to a couple of months only—probably dependent on the competency of the individual’s immune system. (7)

A third hurdle is the triggering of one or more of the four types of hypersensitivity (allergy) reactions (8), which is more likely to occur in immunocompromised people.

However there is a reasonably simple way to improve your chances of having immune competency against the Covid Pandamic, and surprisingly it is through your diet.

For more than 30 years I have been researching non-drug approaches to improve immune competency in people with cancers, hypersensitivity reactions, autoimmune diseases, and organ failure.  This has involved lifestyle changes (9 areas), natural medicines (herbs and homoeopathics) and various types of therapies.

There is ample evidence through thousands of case studies, that totally removing cereal grains, and reducing fructose consumption unloads immune function (9), essentially strengthening the immune system and rendering it more competent.

Deeks Health food industry was based on the results of these studies and thousands of subsequent studies.  If you wish to determine for yourself if going-grain-free improves your immune system, you can undertake a 100% grain free detox over three to four weeks, or undertake a 100% grain-free ‘with and without’ trial using instructions, graphs and controls, and prove for yourself.

Assist your friends during this pandemic, by suggesting they undertake their own 100% grain-free trial. See the pop-up instructions on my website.
